  Ms Malebu Makgalemela Mogohloane is a seasoned assurance professional. She currently serves as the Group Executive for Enterprise Risk Management. Ms Malebu is a CRISC Certified Ethics Officer who aspires to be a Futurist. She is in the final year of her MPhil: Future Studies. Ms Makgalemela has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, and she has successfully overseen the transition of fragmented risk application efforts to those that are more consistent and mature. She has worked for MTN, Cell C, and the State Security Agency, among others. Malebu has made it her sole responsibility to train young people for the benefit of society, with a selfless passion for breeding the next generation of talented and tenacious individuals in any profession. She has managed to coach individuals who have gone on to achieve their optimum while remaining humble and loyal to her practice as an enterprising person and transformational leader. Malebu had at least four speaking opportunities, one of which included sharing the stage with Clem Sunter (Scenario Planner) at the Enterprise Risk Management Summit. Ms Makgalemela Mogohloane has worked hard and consistently to reach her current level in a highly competitive field worldwide. Her early years in IT and Audit Consulting with Ngubane and Company, South African Revenue Service, and Gobodo Information Technologies attest to her dedication and passion for the South African Risk Management Industry. Indeed, her efforts have garnered glowing recommendations from former employers and peers.
