Msimisi (pronounced: Msee-me-see) has been with MTN Since 2009 having started in MTN Eswatini, moving to MTN Group in 2015 and now currently serving MTN South Africa. Over the years, Msimisi has also supported other MTN Operating Companies as a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management specialist. In the fourteen years at MTN Msimisi has grown his career from IT administrator to Senior Manager. Within the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management sphere, Msimisi has worked in operations, technology design & audit and fraud prevention assurance.
In his current role as Senior Manager, fraud prevention assurance at MTN South Africa, Msimisi has successfully led the design and implementation of fraud preventative controls and fraud loss reduction relating to subscription fraud, bypass fraud, data tunnelling fraud and international revenue share fraud (IRSF)
Msimisi holds a Bachelor of Science Information Systems, a post graduate diploma in management and is currently serving as a committee member at the ISACA Johannesburg chapter.
