The youngest Executive at MTN Eswatini, Mphumzeni Lukhele is the current Executive for Internal Audit and Forensics Services (IAFS). He was also entrusted with leading (Acting) the Risk and Compliance Department in 2022. With a background in accounting, internal audit, compliance, forensics management and investigation, his exposure expands over several industries including banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, and construction.
With over 12 years working experience, Mphumzeni worked his way up from a managerial entry-level position to earn his seat at the C-Suite table having served articles with KPMG Swaziland (now SNG Grant Thornton Eswatini). With his undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Mphumzeni is a Certified as a Professional Internal Auditor, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a holder of Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences and a holder of Master of Science in Forensics Investigation and Audit. He is also serving as a member under the Institute of Internal Auditors Eswatini Board.
