An experienced executive, currently Head of Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management with Cable & Wireless in the Seychelles, after earlier roles including Head of Internal Controls at Coca Cola, and Senior Manager – Assurance & Billing with Etisalat – both in Sri Lanka.
Her career has included leadership in Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management (RAFM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC - including SOX 404), the development & implementation of new strategy & related plans, building / leading high-performing teams, setting up new departments / functions, business process design & implementation, internal auditing, data analytics, project & vendor management, financial & management reporting, managing international business and driving transformational change.
She possesses a very strong track-record of significantly improving departments, promoting operational excellence, fostering better cross-functional cooperation, reducing costs, preventing revenue leakages / frauds, and improving cash-flow and profitability.
