He is an experienced Telecommunication, Fintech and Energy risk and assurance professional, who has had the opportunity to apply his skills as a seasoned professional focusing on zero customer impact, risk minimization, revenue maximization and business insights. He currently works as an independent (senior) Management Consultant.
As a Business Assurance Consultant, he has helped several multinational organizations to achieve their set business objectives through his vital contributory works in the areas of Revenue Assurance & Fraud, Enterprise IT Governance, Risk, IT Audit, Data analytics, Project Management and Cybersecurity.

• As an Acting Project Manager, he successfully managed the end-to-end ($580,000) Revenue Assurance system implementation (Moneta v2.6) for Starcomms Plc Nigeria. He further helped managed the system achieving $1.1 million ROI within six months after implementation.
• As an ERP Business Transformation Project Manager in mCel Mozambique, Dipo managed the successful execution of mCel proposed new ERP project that was in three phases of: Gap analysis, RFP development, and Implementation. The project projection was to achieve annualized savings of $5million for three consecutive years after full implementation.
• As Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Senior Consultant/Manager, Dipo successfully conducted end-to-end Risk assessment programs and establisheda substantive RAFM function in Surfline (Ghana, 2016) and Vodafone (Zambia, 2019). These translated into at least 8% growth
Y-o-Y of the generated revenues.
• Dipo was part of the pioneer RAFM team in Celtel (now T/A Airtel) Nigeria that helped discover and successfully managed multiple revenue risks.

Oladipo has a degree in Engineering; and has further obtained trainings and certifications that included: Masterclass training in RA by TAS (Amsterdam), Managing Telecom Fraud & Loss (Telcora, UK), Practitioner certification in PRINCE2 (UK), PMP (PMI, USA),CISA,COBIT, CDPSE (ISACA, USA).
